Postpartum Yoga


What is Postpartum Yoga?

While the first days, weeks, and months after giving birth may be more intense, the body and mind are forever postpartum.

In this class, we will address common postpartum concerns such as core strength, pelvic floor health, and relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and back.

This class is a supportive and nurturing environment where you can connect with other moms who are going through similar experiences. It is a great opportunity to share, ask questions, and build a community of support.

Our Class Structure

Group sessions are typically organized into six classes (One per week) lasting about 60 minutes each. (For private session scheduling, please reach out to us for more information).

Within the six weeks, we will cover the following:

  • Pelvic Floor Engagement
  • Gentle Core Strengthening
  • Balance
  • Upper Body Stretching
  • Breathing Techniques
  • Mindfulness
